18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range from 18 to 55 years old; Laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia, BMI >= 28kg/m^2, ASA grade I-III, able to correctly use NRS score.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension, heart disease patients; Individuals with chronic respiratory diseases; Individuals with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Individuals with surgical contraindications or allergies to anesthesia drugs; Patients with mental illness and cognitive impairment; Individuals with a long-term history of alcohol abuse; Individuals with a history of long-term use of sedatives and analgesics.
