Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-55 years old; 2. Binocular best corrected visual acuity <= 0.0 logMAR; 3. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of video terminal asthenopia syndrome of western medicine and liver and kidney deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine; 4. Reading or watching delicate work cannot last for 45 minutes; 5. Be cooperative with investigators. (Normal adults need to meet 1, 2, 5 items, patients with video terminal asthenopia syndrome need to meet all the above 5 items)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with uncorrected refractive error; 2. Strabismus, glaucoma, severe dry eye disease; 3. Active eye diseases other than asthenopia (such as uveitis, eye infection, etc.); 4. Pregnant, lactating women, and mentally ill subjects; 5. Complicated with serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 6. Allergic constitution or known to be allergic to the test drug; 7. Participating in other drug clinical trials or research trials at the same time; 8. Not cooperating with investigators.
