Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with prostate cancer by biopsy and without preoperative urinary incontinence; 2. Patients who underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy using the "puppet-string method" with a single incision (without auxiliary ports) at our hospital between November 2023 and April 2024, regardless of whether lymph node dissection was performed; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. Good cardiopulmonary function and able to tolerate surgery; 5. Agree to and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2. Undergoing other major surgeries at the same time; 3. Having comorbid mental illnesses or cognitive disorders; 4. Having severe heart disease, hematological disorders, or coagulation dysfunction.
