Er:YAG laser group:Three different energy parameters (n=5) were set to excise the root tip of 3mm
Ultrasonic bone knife set:The 3mm root tip was excised using an ultrasonic bone scalpel
High-speed turbine drill rig:A high-speed turbine drill was used to remove the root tip by 3mm

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 75 years old, male or non-pregnant female; 2. Affected teeth clinically diagnosed with chronic apical periodontitis and planned for microscopic apical surgery; 3. Patients who can understand the purpose of the trial, have the ability to cooperate, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form, and are willing to accept the follow-up of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.When the affected tooth has a root fissure or other conditions that prevent the apical surgery from being completed; 2. Patients whose overall conditions are not suitable for participating in the trial; 3. Patients who are unable to undergo surgery due to small mouth opening and other reasons; 4. Other circumstances where the researcher determines that participation in this study is not appropriate.
