Group C (cyclopofol group):Cyclopofol 0.5mg/kg is used during anesthesia induction
Group P (propofol group):Propofol 2.0 mg/kg is used for anesthesia induction

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for general anesthesia; 2. Age: 18-65 years old; 3.ASA classification I-III; 4.BMI: 18.5-29.9kg/m ² 5. Informed consent of the patient or their family; 6. Cyclopofol or propofol should be used during anesthesia induction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed with severe circulatory dysfunction; 2. Patients who are unable to communicate due to cognitive dysfunction before the operation; 3. The use of sedative drugs in the short term before the operation; 4. Use vasoactive drugs in the short term before the operation; 5. There are known contraindications or allergies to the use of cyclopofol/propofol; 6. Combined with severe cardiovascular, respiratory and autonomic neuropathy; 7. Those who are determined by the researchers as not eligible for enrollment
