Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with ovarian teratoma and treated with vNOTES; 2. No surgical contraindications; 3. With a history of sexual activity;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years; 2. Malignant tumors; 3. Average diameter of unilateral teratoma > 8 cm; 4. Operation time > 3 hours; 5. Severe pelvic adhesions; 6. Incomplete follow-up data;
