Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years; 2. At least one venous sinus thrombosis confirmed by cranial imaging; 3. Pre-onset mRS score < 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebellar venous thrombosis accompanied by fourth ventricle obstruction and hydrocephalus; 2. Severe liver and kidney function impairment (ALT/AST elevated to more than 3 times the upper limit of normal, creatinine > 3.0 mg/dL); 3. Presence of systemic hemorrhagic disease; 4. Platelets <100×10^9/L; 5. No anticoagulant or endovascular treatment received after definite diagnosis; 6. Lost to follow-up, unable to obtain functional prognosis data.
