group A:Experimental Group Intervention: Topical application of 5ml of Lactobacillus plantarum solution (purchased by company)
group B:Control Group Intervention: Topical application of 5ml of inactivated Lactobacillus plantarum solution to the psoriatic lesions once daily, for a continuous period of 2 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) Score < 10 The patient provides informed consent, voluntarily participates, and signs the informed consent form Aged between 18 and 60 years old, with good general health No use of any medications within 6 months No various inflammatory skin diseases, immune-mediated diseases, local infections, or neuromuscular diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other types of psoriasis and those with severe psoriasis Individuals in the active phase of skin diseases or those with other serious diseases Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for subject enrollment by the investigator, such as untrustworthy subjects, or those unable to accept or understand the study evaluations
