Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age ranged from 18 to 60 years; 2.Healthy subjects; 3.Volunteer to participate this study; 4.Follow-up is available according to the study plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of surgery at the experimental sites in 6 months before the study; 2.Metal implants in arms; 3.Active skin diseases; 4.Known allergy to local lidocaine anesthesia; 5.Current pregnancy or breastfeeding.
