Interventions

ARDS group receiving glucocorticoid therapy:Administer 100ml of physiological saline and 80mg of methylprednisolone sodium succinate intravenously once daily for 5 days for treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult inpatients aged >=18 years; 2. Patients meeting the criteria for moderate to severe ARDS according to the Berlin definition; 3. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension; 3. Contraindications to glucocorticoid use; 4. Lack of active treatment willingness.
