Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective lower limb surgery under spinal anesthesia; 2.Aged between 65 and 85 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI > 30 kg/m^2 or BMI < 15 kg/m^2; 2.Persistent blood pressure exceeding systolic pressure of 180 mmHg or diastolic pressure of 110 mmHg; 3.Severe cardiovascular disease (e.g., NYHA heart function class III-IV, recent myocardial infarction); 4.History of neck surgery, peripheral artery disease, or atherosclerosis; 5.Coagulation disorders or contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 6.Currently participating in other clinical studies.
