18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 and above; (2) diagnosed with cancer, clear course of disease (any cancer diagnosis, any treatment stage); (3) fluent in Chinese, with independent ability to read and understand questionnaires; (4) capable of operating smartphones independently; (5) not involved in or involved in other clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age under 18 years old; (2) Unable to use a smartphone; (3) Having obvious cognitive impairment or severe systemic diseases or mental disorders; (4) Simultaneously participating in other clinical studies or undergoing other psychological treatments.
