Intervention group:Provide stratified and graded clinical nursing management for young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke in accordance with the National Fourth Cerebrovascular Disease Diagnostic Criteria and relevant examinations [brain CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)]; 2.After stroke, vital signs are stable and consciousness is clear; 3.Young and middle-aged (YM): according to the WHO classification of human age stages, 18 <= age < 45 years is defined as young, and 45<= age < 60 years is defined as middle-aged.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with other serious diseases; 2. Those with communication disorders or mental illnesses; 3. Those currently receiving other similar interventions; 4. Those unwilling to participate in this study; 5. Age 18 <= age < 60 years.
