Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital or ICU for the first time 2. Aged 60 or above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ICU stay < 24 hours 2. Exclude dementia and acute schizophrenia.
