Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hip fracture diagnosed by X-ray film; 2. First unilateral hip fracture; 3. Age>= 60 years old; 4. Willing to participate in this study and the patient or caregiver will use a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with fractures of other parts; 2.Those who are combined with serious chronic diseases and cannot be released as scheduled; 3.Those with cognitive impairment.
