Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical students in the 2nd and 3rd years of the undergraduate program at Shenzhen University School of Medicine, regardless of gender, who voluntarily participate in this study and are able to complete the relevant courses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cannot guarantee full course attendance for those with time constraints, and course completion may be affected by health issues
