Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria encompassed adolescents aged 8 to 18 years with idiopathic scoliosis (Cobb angle >=10° and <25°), alongside healthy control subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with psychological disorders or unable to cooperate with the study. 2. Those who have undergone intervention or treatment for scoliosis within the past three months. 3. Participants with systemic neurological conditions (e.g., history of cerebrovascular accident, Parkinson's disease, myopathy). 4. Musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., congenital spinal deformities, congenital scoliosis, McCune-Albright syndrome, prior spinal surgery and instrumentation, trauma potentially affecting posture and mobility). 5. Severe skin conditions or back lesions. 6) Tumours or other systemic diseases.
