MI Group Psychological Intervention:(1) Section 1:Building Relationships & Exploring Motivations
(2) Section 2: Delving into Contradictions & Evoking Change Language
(3) Section 3: Sharing Growth & Building Resilience
(4) Section 4: Creating Plans & Solidifying Support.
Traditional TTM intervention:(1)Precontemplation Stage: Strengthen the health benefits of exercise and promote cognitive-affective transformation
(2)Contemplation Stage: Discuss the?advantages and disadvantages?of exercise and exercise preferences, and make a written agreement on the activity plans
(3) Preparation Stage: Discuss specific options for increasing physical activities, recommend lifestyle-based exercises, create a written plan, and distribute materials
(4) Action/Maintenance Stage: Provide diverse activity suggestions to avoid boredom, create written agreements, and distribute materials.
Conventional health education:(1)Sports health knowledge lectures (such as suitable types of exercise and safety precautions)
(2)Distribute popular science manuals
(3) Play public service videos, without staged intervention and interaction.

45 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged>=45 years old; (2) Permanent residents of the study area who have lived in the community for an extended period (more than 6 months) and have no plans to relocate; (3) signed written informed consent voluntarily to participate in the study and commit to confidentiality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lack of normal language communication skills and hearing ability, unable to express and listen normally; (2) presence of previous mental illness; (3) unsuitable for exercise due to acute or chronic diseases, serious complications, or other serious illnesses.
