Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-year undergraduate students at Putian University; 2. Male or female, aged 18–25 years; 3. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students who were involved in other psychoeducational programs before; 2.Students who have been diagnosed with mental health problems; 3.Students who cannot commit to the full duration of the study due to academic or personal obligations; 4.Students who are not willing to consent their voluntary participation.
