Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as osteosarcoma, and the lesion site is in the lower extremity; 2. Undergo elective surgical treatment at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center; 3. Age >= 14 years old: 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 5. Expected lifespan >= 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having other tumors; 2. Having neurological or mental disorders that affect cognition; 3. Participating in other clinical trials; 4. Having other diseases that make exercise intolerable, such as abnormal heart and lung function, or abnormal nerve and muscle conditions.
