Group A:Sufentanil at 0.05 µg/kg/h plus remimazolam at 0.02 mg/kg/h
Group B:Sufentanil at 0.05 µg/kg/h plus remimazolam at 0.04 mg/kg/h

60 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients scheduled for elective radical gastrectomy, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I to III. (2) A Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of greater than 20. (3) Aged between 60 and 70 years, with no restrictions on gender. (4) Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 30 kg/m². (5) Having provided written informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of chronic alcoholism, use of analgesic/sedative medications, or drug abuse. (2) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <= 20. (3) Pre-existing psychiatric or cognitive disorders. (4) Severe visual or auditory impairment. (5) Known allergy to the study medications. (6) Significant cardiovascular or organ dysfunction. (7) Severe electrolyte disturbances, moderate to severe hypoalbuminemia, or moderate to severe anemia.
