Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Research Participants: (1) Patients with advanced cancer diagnosed through clinical pathology, including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, thyroid cancer, liver cancer, and gastric cancer; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years; (3)Provided informed consent and signed the informed consent form; (4) Conscious, aware of their condition, and able to communicate without language barriers; 5. Self-reported burden score greater than 19 points. 2.Caregivers: (1)Age between 18 and 80 years; (2)Primary caregiver for patients with advanced cancer, providing at least 4 hours of care daily; (3) Clear consciousness, normal cognition, literate, and able to communicate normally; (4)Provided informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Research Participants: (1)Patients experiencing rapid clinical deterioration or with comorbid severe physical illnesses; (2)Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders; (3) Patients in the terminal stage or receiving palliative care. 2.Caregivers: (1)Patients with other severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or neurological diseases; (2)Those with cognitive or communication impairments, or comorbid psychiatric disorders.
