Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no age limit, male or female; 2. Diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, based on the typical clinical features of MG (fluctuating myasthenia), the diagnosis can be made by meeting any of the following 3 points (1) History of abnormal neuromuscular transmission confirmed by single-fiber electromyography or repetitive nerve stimulation; (2) history of positive neostigmine test; (3) Positive serological test of AchR antibody (detection method: RIA and CBA); 3. Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thymoma and MG. 2. Concomitant psychiatric illness or family history; 3. History of other malignant tumors other than thymoma.
