Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=50 years; 2.The patient or an informed person reports cognitive impairment, or it is identified by an experienced clinician; 3.There is objective evidence of one or more cognitive function impairments: Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score = 18; 4.Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score < 16; 5.Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia;6.Clear consciousness and basic communication abilities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of familial hereditary dementia; 2.Mental disorders, such as severe depression, anxiety, or other serious psychological conditions; 3.Severe aphasia or physical disabilities that prevent the completion of neuropsychological assessments; 4.History of alcoholism, substance abuse, or neurological diseases that may lead to cognitive impairment, such as traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, or encephalitis; 5.Previously participated in any form of digital cognitive training or psychological and sleep-related cognitive interventions.
