Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age at birth <34 weeks; 2.Birth weight <2500 g; 3.Stable vital signs without the need for invasive mechanical ventilation. 4.Admitted to the NICU within 24 hours after birth. 5.Nasogastric tube feeding alone or combined with parenteral nutrition in preterm infants. 6.The preterm infant’s legal guardian has been fully informed about the study procedures, voluntarily agrees to participate, and has provided signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated by severe conditions such as intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, necrotizing enterocolitis, severe asphyxia, neonatal sepsis, or bronchopulmonary dysplasia. 2.Presence of congenital anomalies of the oral cavity and/or pharynx. 3.Occurrence of severe infection or any other significant complications.
