14 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Aged 14 years or older. 2). Preoperatively diagnosed with gallstones, with or without cholecystitis, and scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of common bile duct stones or acute pancreatitis. 2) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, rendering the patient ineligible for laparoscopic surgery. 3) Intraoperative conversion of the surgical procedure, e.g., to open laparotomy or combined common bile duct exploration. 4) Patient refusal or inability to participate in the study.
