Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old. 2. Diagnosed with stroke through clear neuroimaging examinations such as CT and MRI. 3. Clear consciousness and no communication. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. If the subject is unable to read and sign the informed consent form due to lack of capacity for action, then their guardian should act on their behalf to go through the informed process and sign the informed consent form. If the subject is unable to read the informed consent form (such as a literate subject), then a witness should witness the informed process and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other serious diseases, such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, myocardial infarction, malignant tumors, etc. 2. Vulnerable groups other than the elderly and illiterate, including those with mental disorders, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.
