Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old,= 4. 7.Conservative treatments such as physical therapy and oral medication have poor efficacy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative cervical spine surgery or cervical spine deformity; 2. Severe cervical disc herniation, prolapse or detachment, vertebral slippage, and spinal instability; 3.Recently, there has been a sharp decline in limb muscle strength; 4.CT/MRI confirms clear spinal or intracranial space occupying changes. 5. Coagulation dysfunction; 6. Combination of mental system disorders cannot cooperate with follow-up; 7. There is infection at the puncture site.
