Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty aged 75 years or older; 2. Stable vital signs postoperatively and willing to cooperate; 3. Alert and oriented, with normal cognition and no psychiatric disorders or communication impairments; 4. Informed consent obtained, voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or malignant tumours; 2. Patients with joint instability, significant muscle weakness, or walking difficulties; 3. Patients experiencing serious complications such as postoperative infection or deep vein thrombosis.
