18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged between 18 and 60, with no gender restrictions; 2: Clinical diagnosis with surgical indications: Pelvic anterior ring injuries: (1). Tile B fractures; (2).Pubic symphysis separation; Pelvic posterior ring injuries: (1). Tile B fractures; (2). Sacroiliac ligament injuries, sacroiliac joint dislocations, and longitudinal fractures of the sacrum; 3: Complete pelvic ring injury: Tile C fracture; 4: Patients admitted to the emergency department; 5: Agree to perform early closed reduction percutaneous multi-channel screw fixation or open reduction and internal fixation for pelvic fractures, and the patient and family members shall sign the informed consent form before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Comminuted fracture of S1 vertebral body; 2: The comminuted fracture of the iliac wing cannot be reduced by closed reduction; 3: Severe osteoporosis; 4: Severe developmental malformation; 5: Old pelvic fracture; 6: History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months; 7: History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 6 months; 8: Severe mental illness; 9: Pregnant and lactating women; 10: Combined with shock, infection, or open wound.
