Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign informed consent; 2.Age >= 2; 3.Visited to Southern Medical University Southern Hospital, Southern Medical University Dermatology Hospital, Southern Medical University Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University Third Affiliated Hospital, Shenzhen People's Hospital, Guangdong Medical University Affiliated Hospital, Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital; 4.There are recurrent, unknown causes of dermatological and/or abdominal pain and/or laryngeal edema; 5.Patients who have undergone C1-INH concentration and/or C1-INH function and/or C4 concentration tests;
