Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for ankylosing spondylitis: (1) Voluntarily signed the informed consent form; (2) Male or female aged between 18 and 50 years; (3) Fulfilled the 2009 ASAS classification criteria for axial spondyloarthritis (SpA); (4) Disease duration of 2 to 5 years; (5) BASDAI score between 4 and 6; (6) No use of biologics or glucocorticoid therapy within 3 months prior to enrollment; (7) HLA-B27 positive Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Control Group: (1) No personal or family history of rheumatic diseases; HLA-B27 negative; (2) Sex ratio matching the AS group (male:female ˜ 2–4:1); (3) Normal complete blood count (CBC), liver and kidney function (excluding potential metabolic disorders); (4) C-reactive protein (CRP) <5 mg/L (excluding subclinical inflammation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combine other autoimmune diseases (such as psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) (2) History of previous spinal fractures or pathological fractures (3) Pregnant or lactating women (avoid hormone interference) (4) Received major surgery or infection within 1 month before enrollment
