Group A:Pre-flushed normal saline pulse positive-pressure flushing
Group B:Heparinized saline (9.375U/ml) pulse positive-pressure flushing
Group C:Heparinized saline (62.5U/ml) pulse positive-pressure locking

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 65 years; (2) Burn area 30% TBSA to 95% TBSA; (3) Patients receiving intravenous therapy via CVC (Central Venous Catheter); (4) Expected catheter indwelling time >=7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients requiring continuous fluid infusion without the need for catheter locking; (2) Patients with a history of heparin allergy; (3) Patients with severe bleeding tendency or coagulation disorders; (4) Patients diagnosed with venous thromboembolism (VTE); (5) Poorly compliant patients; (6) Patients with allergies to catheters, port devices, or related medical equipment; (7) Patients with cardiac dysfunction; (8) Deceased patients.
