Interventions

Intervention group:The participants in the intervention group received routine health education and nursing interventions based on Cox's Health Behavior Interaction Model.
Control group:The control group received routine outpatient management after inclusion in the study.

18 Years to 47 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age over 20 years; gestational age between 24 and 28 weeks; meets the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) as defined in the Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Hyperglycemia (2022) [Part I]; diagnosed with GDM; exhibiting moderate to poor self-management abilities. (2) Singleton pregnancy. (3) Clear thinking, coherent communication; able to independently complete questionnaires or, if unable to write, able to independently respond to each item. (4) Voluntary participation and provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of underlying diseases such as heart disease or hypertension. (2) Accompanied by severe dysfunction of major organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.). (3) Presence of other high-risk factors for pregnancy. (4) Simultaneous participation in other studies aimed at improving self-management.
