Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0–16 years; 2. Both sexes are eligible; 3. Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) according to the Porto criteria, with complete documentation of endoscopic, imaging, pathological biopsy, and laboratory test results; 4. Legal guardian(s) of the child must provide written informed consent for participation in the study, commit to adhering to study protocols, and cooperate throughout the entire research process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of clinically significant abnormalities in hepatic/renal function, neurological, respiratory, or coagulation systems, or unstable vital signs as determined by the investigator; 2. History of other underlying medical conditions; 3. Any other circumstances deemed by the investigator to contraindicate study participation.
