Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Patients with a clear history of wasp stings and AKI diagnosis met the criteria of Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) guidelines in 2012; 3. Go to a medical unit with advanced life support and blood purification treatment conditions within 24 hours after the sting, and the indications of blood purification refer to the RENAL test standards; 4. Hemoperfusion (HP) or plasma exchange (PE) treatment should be completed at least once within 48 hours after the sting, and the duration of a single treatment should be >=2 hours. 5. Patients were mainly treated with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) within 72 hours after admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Hospital stay <24 hours; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction; 4. A history of blood purification treatment within 3 months before the sting; 5. Patients with serious lack of clinical data.
