Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women between the ages of 18 and 65; 2. Can independently sign informed consent; 3. Be able to understand and follow the EMG acquisition process; 4. Normal subjects: those who were admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital for other benign gynecological diseases or physical examination; 5. Subjects with pelvic floor dysfunction: diseases due to pelvic floor dysfunction (including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, fecal incontinence, sexual dysfunction, etc.);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with bleeding tendency; 3. Patients with pelvic and abdominal malignancy; 4. The skin of the test site is broken; 5. Pelvic floor surgery within 6 months; 6. People who cannot understand or follow the experimental instructions; 7. Allergic people (electrode paste material is commonly used heart tape, the main material is gel, with rubber sponge); 8. People who are unable to place vaginal electrodes properly; 9. Acute stage, urinary system infection; 10. Patients with implantable electronic devices (such as synchronous pacemakers); 11. Abnormal vaginal bleeding (vaginal bleeding caused by organic lesions), menstrual period, postpartum lochia is not clean; 12. Patients with certain neurological diseases (e.g., complete denervation of pelvic floor muscles, dementia, epilepsy); 13. Can not take the initiative to cooperate with treatment, serious illness or weak;
