Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are intended to receive a central venous catheter for monitoring central venous pressure, maintaining micro-pump administration of medication, rapid fluid resuscitation, and full implementation of parenteral nutrition, and who are aged 18 years or older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation upon department admission; 2. Patients with chest deformities, severe neck injuries (cervical spine fractures), severe chest injuries (hemopneumothorax, clavicle fractures, rib fractures), or severe skin damage or infection at puncture sites; 3. Patients with severe coagulation disorders; 4. Patients and their families who refuse to participate in this study or withdraw midway.
