Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years, meeting the 1999 WHO diabetes diagnostic criteria; 2. Presence of diabetic foot ulcers, Wagner grade 2–4; 3. Presence of lower limb arterial lesions: diagnosis can be made if any of the following criteria are met: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria for lower limb arterial disease using the ankle-brachial index (ABI) in the American Heart Association/American College of Cardiology Peripheral Arterial Disease Guidelines, resting ABI <=0.9; (2) Lower limb arterial ultrasound or angiography showing arterial plaques, lumen stenosis, thrombosis, occlusion, or other imaging features; lower limb sensory abnormalities include pain, heaviness, and numbness; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe acute or chronic diabetic complications such as combined ketoacidosis, acute infections, severe retinopathy, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and nephropathy complications; 2. Individuals unable to cooperate due to mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, etc.
