Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years old ; 2.with colonoscopy screening, monitoring and diagnostic indications ; 3.no previous history of colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery ; 4.no previous history of inflammatory bowel disease or familial intestinal polyps ; 5.written informed consent was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged 80 years ; 2.previous history of colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery ; 3.have a history of inflammatory bowel disease or familial intestinal polyps ; 4.suspected colorectal cancer ; emergency colonoscopy or therapeutic colonoscopy ; 5.intestinal obstruction ; pregnancy or lactating women ; coagulation dysfunction ; 6.patients allergic to Danshu capsule or anisodamine ; 7.have a history of taking aspirin, clopidogrel or other anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs within 7 days ; 8.combined with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and brain diseases can not tolerate colonoscopy ; 9.refuse to participate or refuse to provide written informed consent.
