Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years and <=90 years 2. Meet the sepsis-3.0 diagnostic criteria for septic shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting malignancy 2. Presence of a psychiatric disorder 3. Receiving ECMO therapy

SOFA score, APACHEII score;Occurrence of nursing related adverse events during treatment;ICU stay or total length;Initial lactate value after enrollment and lactate levels at 3, 6, and 24 hours;Hospitalization cost;Mechanical ventilation use and duration of weaning;Pressure ulcer score, catheter slippage score, self-care ability score, pain score, fall and bed exit risk score, NRS score, and VTE risk score at enrollment and upon discharge.;
