Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old (2) ICU patients who have received invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for >= 48 hours (3) Through SBT screening (confirmed by at least two doctors with intermediate or higher professional titles) (4) All subjects provided informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant woman (2) Patients whose clinical comprehensive assessment indicates that they have not met the criteria for the independent breathing test
