18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 45 years; 2. Voluntarily agree to provide blood samples during initial diagnosis and/or follow-up visits, as well as umbilical cord blood and placental tissue at delivery, and provide written informed consent for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple gestation or fetal malformation; 2. Regular smoking, regular alcohol consumption, or irregular diet/sleep patterns; 3. Prior diagnosis of OSAS or regular CPAP treatment before pregnancy/study enrollment (defined as device usage >=21 days/30 days with >=4 hours/night); 4. Clinically unstable conditions (e.g., subjects with significant cardiopulmonary comorbidities or severe psychiatric disorders); 5. Other sleep disorders.
