Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 25 years; 2. Normal Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 18.5 to 23.9 kg/m^2; 3. Absence of clinically diagnosed diseases; 4. No adverse lifestyle habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption; 5. Capable of and willing to comply with the experimental protocol procedures; 6. No participation in any clinical trials or studies involving food/nutritional supplements within the preceding month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Termination of the experiment for subjective reasons; 2. Unable to continue to complete the experiment due to injury or other objective factors; 3. Unable to comply with the dietary requirements during the experiment.
