Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients ' age > 60 years old ; 2The patient was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with coronary heart disease. The data were basically complete and the condition was relatively stable. 3 After discharge, patients and their families know the research content, can cooperate with the normal communication and complete the questionnaire survey independently. 4 Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis, patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis ; 2 Patients who could not cooperate with the successful completion of this study ; 3 Patients with severe damage to heart, liver, kidney, brain and other organs or maligna;nt tumor diseases ; 4 Patients with severe immune dysfunction ; with severe mental illness.
