Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with recurrent pregnancy loss in the Department of reproductive immunology of our hospital will be selected. Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-40 years old, non pregnant state, number of pregnancy loss >= 2; 2. Both spouses' chromosomes are normal; 3. The semen routine examinations of the men are normal; 4. The patients will be informed of the contents of the study, voluntarily participat in and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system diseases or systemic or mental diseases; 2. Recent use of immune or anticoagulant agents or other drugs that affect the experimental results. 3. The patients with autoimmune diseases, such as SLE.
