9 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Girls aged 9-14 who are left-behind, with both their parents working away from home; 2.Girls with intergenerational care; 3.Girls who have not previously received the HPV vaccine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Girls with contraindications for HPV vaccination; 2.Guardians who are unable to understand the content of the study.
