Automatic flushing (experimental group):During OCT imaging, an automatic flushing device (Ruichong) synchronized with the OCT system is used to flush 100% contrast agent. The recommended parameters ar
Manual flushing (control group):During OCT imaging, manual flushing with 100% contrast agent is performed, and the injection method is carried out according to the operator's conventional experience.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years <= Age <= 85 years; (2) Patients with coronary heart disease requiring OCT examination; (3) Participants or their legal guardians voluntarily participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Left main coronary artery disease; (2) Hemodynamic instability; (3) Reference vessel diameter of the target segment < 2 mm; (4) Severe flow-limiting dissection in the target vessel; (5) New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III or IV heart failure; (6) Chronic total occlusion; (7) Severe tortuous lesion.
