Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Undergoing abdominal surgery (including traditional open surgery or laparoscopic/laparoscopy-assisted surgery, resulting in an actual abdominal incision; procedures include but are not limited to gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, urinary, and gynecological surgeries); 3. According to the "Hospital Infection Diagnosis Criteria (Trial)" issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, diagnosed with grade B incision healing (i.e., poor healing, with inflammatory response at the healing site such as hematoma, redness, induration, effusion, etc., but without purulent symptoms) or grade C (i.e., purulent incision requiring incision and drainage); 4. Conscious, proficient in reading and writing Chinese, able to express oneself, and can clearly describe personal care processes and problems; 5. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction, or other severe endocrine system disorders; 2.Patients with combined distant tumor metastasis and lymph node metastasis; 3.Patients with an anticipated survival of less than 1 year; 4.Elderly individuals living alone or those unable to perform self-care; 5.Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and illiterate persons.
