Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Be capable of dining in the restaurant/canteen at least 3 times a week; 2 Age 18-63; 3 Not pregnant and no plan to get pregnant within 1.5 years; 4 Have no plan to change lifestyle (such as smoking, exercise, rest, taking health food, etc.) during the intervention period.

Exclusion criteria: 1 Chronic wasting diseases (e.g., malignancy, diabetes mellitus, renal disorders) 2 Concurrent participation in other lifestyle intervention programs
